Hotel reserves the right to change rates at any time.

The price includes:
The use of a paper board, a data projector, an overhead projector, a screen. Equipment needs to specify when making reservation. The whole hotel and all the conference rooms have free Wireless Internet (WiFi). In the conference rooms there is free Saku Läte water.

For an extra charge:
Copying, printing, fax broadcasting, writing materials and papers for all the participants.

We ask you to place the orders in written form, noting all the necessary equipment and wanted placement of the room, also everything concerning catering.

CATERING
The lunch and dinner for our conference guests will be served in the restaurant Berlin on the ground floor of the hotel and coffee breaks in the conference rooms.
