We are delighted to welcome you at the Metropol Hotels!

With the COVID-19 safety label, trusted to us by Visit Tallinn we confirm that we follow the requirements and instructions of the Government and the Health Board of Estonia (https://kriis.ee/en) established for our industry or field, that we keep up to date with the information, and that we help visitors comply with the infection-prevention guidelines on site.

Health, safety, well-being and security of all our valued guests, team members and partners are our highest priorities. Metropol Hotels closely follow all guidelines issued by the Government and local health authorities.

To ensure that all our guests will be as safe and comfortable as possible, we have implemented following activities and rules.

GENERAL

• We implemented physical distancing measures throughout the hotel. Signage indicating the need to keep 2m distance are in visible places throughout the hotel.
• We installed alcohol-based hand sanitizing stations near the front entrance, elevators and throughout public areas. We kindly ask that during your visit you wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water at regular intervals.
• We increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency throughout the hotel, paying extra attention to high-touch items. We regularly disinfect door handles, elevator control panels, credit card terminals, pens etc.
• We installed protective screens at the front desk and spa reception.
• We provide clean and disinfected key cards upon check-in.
• We offer cash-free methods of payment.
• We improved air circulation processes to increase air quality.
• We provide team members with personal protective equipment.
• Daily housekeeping service is offered from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. To minimize contact, we kindly ask guests to be out of the guest room during service.
• We wash all linens at a high temperature for optimal disinfection.

SPA & WELLNESS

• Our Spa Centre and Gym are open according to Governmental rules.
• Please note that due to restrictions 50% capacity rule applies, meaning max 50 guests are allowed to the Spa Centre at once.
• Our Wellness Centre is open and we follow all rules stated by health authorities.
• Our therapists wear a mask during all treatments and we kindly ask you to do the same.

STAFF

The health and well-being of our staff remains a priority as well, along with providing a safe environment for work. Therefore, all our staff will:

• Wear face mask and appropriate levels of PPE.
• Wash and sanitize hands regularly throughout the day especially after any contact points.
• Regularly sanitize work stations and tools.
• Follow Government advice to stay home in case of any health problems.
