Spa Guidelines

Visiting the Spa, you should be convinced that your health condition allows you to use various saunas, Jacuzzis and the pool.
You visit the Spa on your own responsibility.
It is mandatory to have a shower before entering the Spa.
Wearing swimming clothes (bikini, swimsuit, swim shorts) is mandatory. Wearing underwear, burqa and nudity is forbidden.
Long hair must be tied back.
Dying hair or shaving in dressing room and showers is forbidden.
We kindly ask you to observe all signs and notices posted in the Spa. The floor may be slippery, please walk calmly, do not run and do not jump into the pool. Metropol Spa Hotel cannot be held liable for any injuries or health issues experienced by visitors, nor is liable to compensate such injuries.
Hotel is not responsible for guest´s personal property.
Children under age of 14 years are allowed to the Spa only with a guardian, who is at least 18 years old and is responsible for their safety and behavior. For children under 2 years please use diapers for swimming.

It is forbidden to bring your own food and drinks to the Spa.
You can order various beverages and drinks from the Spa bar.
We rely on your respectful attitude to other visitors and to our service staff. In case of violating these Guidelines, our staff have the right to reprove the visitor and if necessary, to ask to leave the Spa (no refund of the ticket).
In case visitor have caused any damages to the inventory, equipment etc, the visitor is obliged to compensate in full extent.
Smoking in the Spa and Wellness area is forbidden. Using snus in pool or Jacuzzis is forbidden.
The Spa has a video surveillance system (except dressing and shower rooms).
We kindly ask to put used towels into accordingly marked basket.
There is no lifeguard on duty.
Last entry 20:00. Make sure you remain in the spa not longer than for the 3h. The fee for a time exceeded is 0,1€ / per 1 min.
If you have any questions or problems, please turn to our service staff. Later complaints will be not accepted.
