Terms of the gift card:
- Please bring your printed Gift card;
- A gift card can be used once;
- A gift card is valid only for pre-booked services. For reservations please contact the Sales department at booking@metropol.ee;
- When booked services amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the balance by card or cash on the spot;
- Please note that in case booked services amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remainder will not be redeemable in cash or used later;
- A gift card can not be exchanged into money;
- A lost or damaged gift card shall not be substituted;
- Expired gift card shall not be prolonged;
- You can not purchase a new gift card using your gift card.
