• Book your package at least 2 days before the planned date.
• Cancellations made less than 2 days before the booked date are non-refundable.
• The treatments included in the package will be confirmed based on availability.

Terms of the gift card:

• Please bring your printed Gift card;
• A gift card can be used once;
• Gift card is for two persons and all treatments must be on one day;
• A gift card is valid only for pre-booked services. For reservations please contact the Sales department at wellness@metropol.ee;
• When booked services amount exceeds the value of the gift card, you can pay the balance by card or cash on the spot;
• Please note that in case booked services amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remainder will not be redeemable in cash or used later;
• A gift card can not be exchanged into money;
• A lost or damaged gift card shall not be substituted;
• Gift card is valid 6 months;
• Expired gift card shall not be prolonged;
• You can not purchase a new gift card using your gift card.
